• No deposit required – Payment is made at the time of service.

Non-Refundable Policy

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. If you experience a reaction or issue, please contact us within 24-48 hours for assessment. Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of your appointment.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in additional fees.

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to secure a new appointment time.

• Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving treatments.

• Ellie Nails & Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed health issues.

Waiver & Consent Requirement

Clients receiving services such as lash extensions, eyebrow treatments, and waxing are encouraged to review and fill out our Waiver & Consent Form before their appointment.
