By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Payments​

No deposit required — payment is made at the time of service.

Accepted payment methods: Card, Cash, Afterpay and AMEX.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy​

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or last‑minute changes may incur additional fees.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification one time, your next requested appointment may not be accepted.

Late Arrivals

A 15‑minute grace period is provided.

Non‑Refundable Policy & Service Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered.

Once a service has been completed, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Any reactions or issues must be reported within 24–48 hours. Reports made after 48 hours are not eligible for assessment or complimentary fixes.

A complimentary fix may be offered within 3–5 days to meet the agreed‑upon results, at our discretion.

Results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, lash health, nail condition, and aftercare.

Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving treatments.

Ellie Nails & Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed health issues.

Waiver & Consent Requirement

Clients receiving services such as lash extensions, eyebrow treatments, and waxing are encouraged to review and complete our Waiver & Consent Form before their appointment.

The waiver outlines risks, aftercare, and client consent.

It must be reviewed and submitted prior to booking.

Once completed, please return it via email or submit it in person at your appointment.
